Press Play, then time your cast into either the near or far target. Each target attracts a different fish. Accurate casts make reeling easier.

After a short bite, hold to reel and release to ease tension. The fish warns before a strong struggle. A full tension meter breaks the line; leaving the line slack for 1.5 seconds lets the fish escape.

Catch both species in a water to unlock the next of six waters. Each catch earns coins and records its length. Accurate casts and steady tension earn up to three stars. Escaped fish award two practice coins.

Between casts, spend coins on three line upgrades or three reel upgrades. A stronger line builds tension more slowly; a better reel brings fish closer faster. Every fish can be caught with the starting tackle.

Tip. Ease off when the fish warns of a struggle, then reel again before the line goes slack. Try the other casting target to find the missing species.

Press Play, then Cast when the marker reaches a target. Hold Space or the main touch button to reel; release to ease tension. Enter toggles reeling on or off without holding a key. P or Escape pauses when the game is focused. Waters, the fish journal and tackle upgrades are in the folded panel.
